At Embroidme Blacktown we pride ourselves on helping simplify the garment decoration process for our customers.
By following some simple steps, we make your branding process easy by taking away the hassle from you so you can get on with running your business. We ensure your uniforms or promotional products project is completed to specification, on budget and most importantly - on time.
1. Consultation:
Your EmbroidMe Consultant will either visit your premises or meet with you at our showroom to discuss your needs and provide recommendations.
We always endeavour to provide you with a written quotation within 48hrs from the meeting.
2. Quotation:
Sign your acceptance of our written quotation and pay for the order according to our terms and conditions that will be explained at this stage, which allows us to progress your order onto production.
3. Design:
Our design team will then create your customized artwork, including a full stitch-out (embroidery), Mock-ups for Digital/Screen Print or Promotional Products for your approval.
4. Approval and Production:
Once the artwork/mock-ups are approved, your order then moves to the production stage.
We always aim for between 7-10 working days from artwork approval to completion of your job (unless it’s a Rush order agreed to previously).
For some complex jobs including Screen Printing/Promotional Products or Dye Sublimation it may take a little longer for production
We keep you informed throughout the entire process as to what stage your job is at.
5. Completion:
On completion, our team will contact you either to arrange for collection or to schedule a date and time for delivery of your job.
6. Accounts:
The balance of your account (if any) is payable upon collection or before delivery, we accept Cash, EFTPOS, Direct deposit, all major credit cards (with no additional charges).
